Effective July 2026

Privacy Policy

This policy explains, in plain English, what Sourtio collects when you request a county check for the Exclusive Listing Engine, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It is maintained by Sourtio and is not legal advice. If anything here is unclear, email us at privacy@sourtio.com.

1. Data we collect

When you submit the county check form on this site, we collect:

  • First name and last name
  • Business email address
  • Phone number
  • The Florida county you selected
  • Your brokerage
  • IP address and timestamp of your submission
  • Device and user-agent information (browser, operating system)
  • The URL of the form you submitted and any campaign parameters attached to it (UTM tags)
  • Your TCPA consent state (whether the consent box was checked, and when)

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, client data or any information about the homeowners you work with.

2. Why we collect it

We use this information to check whether your county is still open in the Exclusive Listing Engine, to confirm your phone number is reachable, to prepare the short qualification call, and to administer your account if you decide to move forward.

3. Phone verification

The number you submit is checked against a phone verification service so we can confirm it is a real, reachable line before we call. We store only the outcome of that check (verified or not) alongside your submission. We do not record calls and we do not read your messages.

4. TCPA consent

Before we can call or text you, we obtain your express written consent through an unchecked-by-default checkbox on our form. You choose to check it; it is never pre-selected.

Each consent is recorded with a TrustedForm certificate that captures the exact page, form, and moment of your consent. We retain that certificate, together with the associated form data, for a minimum of four (4) years as required for compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

5. Where it is stored and who sees it

Submissions are stored in Sourtio’s own database and mirrored into an internal Google spreadsheet used by our sales team. Access is limited to Sourtio staff who need it to run the county check and the follow-up call.

We do not sell your information and we do not pass it to lead marketplaces, call lists, or other agents. Your county check is not shared with the competing agents in your market.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use small text files (cookies) and similar browser storage only where necessary. You can update your choices at any time through the cookie banner at the bottom of the page.

  • Essential cookies keep the site working, protect the county-check form from abuse, and preserve the data you have entered while you use the page. These are always on.
  • Analytics and marketing cookies help us measure how our ads perform and understand which pages agents find useful. We use Google Analytics 4 (traffic and page measurement), Microsoft Clarity (anonymized session replay and heatmaps showing how pages are used), and the Meta Pixel (measuring the effectiveness of our ads). These are only loaded after you choose to accept analytics and marketing cookies.

Your consent choice is stored in your browser for six months, after which the banner will ask again. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie banner or by clearing site data in your browser.

7. Opting out

You can withdraw consent at any time by any of these methods:

  • Reply STOP to any SMS or text message from us.
  • Click the unsubscribe link in any email we send you.
  • Email privacy@sourtio.com with the words “opt out.”

All opt-out requests are honored within 1 business day.

8. Your rights

You can request access to the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send your request to privacy@sourtio.com and we will respond within a reasonable time frame. Records we are required to keep for TCPA compliance may be retained for the four-year period described above.

9. Effective date

This policy is effective as of July 2026.
